The Rapture was a no-show and a radio host might be in trouble in Oakland. As I said in my last post, the internet is an amazing place for sharing ideas and creations, but it can also be used for less than noble intentions. I don't mean just the horrifying images you can stumble upon but also the use of it as a tool to incite histeria and panic. No, there really wasn't anyone going crazy in the streets over the rapture but it's still a frightening thing to think that it is so easy to spread a crazy idea like that (regardless of how that idea is received.)
